why are things moving so SLOWLY?

Do any of those questions ever run through your mind?

if you said "YES!" you are not alone!

This New Moon period we are in until Dec. 10 is all about the BIG QUESTIONS. On top of that we are in Mercury Retrograde, a period energetically when things move SLOWER, there can be DELAYS in communication/ travel or BREAKDOWNS (emotional, electrical, etc). Intense is an understatement and PATIENCE is the name of the game for the next two weeks or so!

Delays and Breakdowns are sometimes Spirit's way of slowing us down... So we can re-consider, re-create and RE-member who we are. Spirits having a human experience.

So the next time your cell phone acts up, someone cuts you off in traffic or you feel your patience slipping, remember to take a breath and ask:

"What I meant to see here?"

Even if nothing comes right away, by simply asking the question, you have the potential to calm your energy, see it from a new perspective and reap the power of the present moment. <3

Here's a little funny Mercury Retrograde tale!

So I read my horoscope daily but take it all very lightly and with a grain of salt. However on this day I read my horoscope and it said be sure to settle all things face to face since email will only add frustration. Later that day I was approached by email to work a party. After a few email exchanges over an hour back and forth and yet somehow email didnt help the situation, we sat and talked by phone and cleared up everything in 5 minutes! I did get the job and all is well but lil Mercury was all in the mix! Just a little reminder from the Universe - you must honor that your voice and presence are required to clear up any miscommunications during a Mercury Retrograde. Also sometimes horoscopes are right on!!

I Love this Shannon! Yes-it's true, when miscommunications run rampant, sometimes we just need to pick up the phone, see them face to face and generally do what feels like the most uncomfortable action to take. Bravo and congrats on the Gig!!!

Okay so funny story~

Once every two weeks or so I head to my favorite church to bring donated new teddy bears for the holidays...Well the universe had other plans for me.

As I was getting ready to leave I turned on the TV to get local traffic and low and behold ALL freeways are flooded and there's accidents everywhere...So this was a huge sign to just stay put for the day..
