For those of you with tendencies to take care of everyone else's needs first (myself in this category sometimes too!), it's time to look out for YOU. Action Step: Write down 3 intentions you have for yourself and keep it in your wallet. Your course may waver, but your commitment to yourself does not.


#2 Be Counted
Never assume another can read your mind or your feelings. If you find yourself noticing where you need to put up a stronger boundary with another or a situation, SPEAK UP! You'll feel more confident and you'll free up that energy can for other things.


#3 Stay Hydrated
Literally and figuratively. Drink lots of water and also remember who the gatekeeper is to your heart and your inner sanctum: YOU! Fill your space with loving thoughts and people and keep all others behind your spiritual velvet rope.
